Job Description

LD&D designs and engineers a wide variety of projects from large-scale commercial and residential developments to small-scale landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Works under limited direction and should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of civil engineering design, including:
Commercial, residential, retail and industrial site design – including stand-alone sites, single and multi-family residential subdivisions, and commercial subdivisions
Storm and sanitary design, storm water management, and water quality design; sanitary pump station, and force main design
Roadway and parking lot design
Construction cost estimates
Understanding and application of development codes and regulations, project permitting and agency coordination
Client coordination and business development
